v1.5.3: Requests flow & promotions improvements

Mercur 1.5.3 delivers targeted improvements across Admin, Vendor, and Storefront, with a focus on request & promotions management. This release also introduces a new authentication feature on the Storefront and multiple bug fixes, improving marketplace workflows.
