Requests just released in Mercur!

Marketplace operations require control over user interactions, especially when it comes to refunds, returns, and seller-buyer requests.

To address this need, we’ve created Requests management, providing admins with a centralized way to review and handle user-submitted requests directly from the dashboard.

This feature enables:

✓ Admin to track and manage refund claims, return requests, and other buyer-seller interactions.

✓ Admin to review, approve, or reject requests, and provide visibility on the updated status.

✓ Sellers to respond to returns, propose new product categories, and products.

✓ Buyers to submit order return and cancellation requests.
